At The Franco British Network, we are here to help you (both individuals and businesses) with settling up residence or setting up a business in the Dordogne.
We work in partnership with local agencies, consultants, the Prefecture, Perigueux, the Chamber of Commerce, the Chamber of Agriculture and the Chambers des Métiers et de l’Artisanat, who are all willing to help and assist you in settling in.
Additionally, we arrange Networking / Social events and create opportunities for our members to meet and exchange experiences and ideas

Initially established in 2013 (as the Franco British Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Dordogne) to assist English speakers, has now become The Franco British Network.
The Franco British Network offers (direct & indirect) assistance, support, guidance, networking and social events, towards the English speaking individuals and businesses in The Dordogne.
The President of The Franco British Network, Mr. Roger Haigh and his committee are uniquely positioned to assist its members “get connected” based upon their extensive experience of living and working in the Dordogne and France.
The Franco British Network has direct access to the Prefectures of the Dordogne, the Chambre of Commerce & Industry de la Dordogne, Chambre des Métiers et de l’Artisanat, La Chambre d’Agriculture de la Dordogne, The British Embassy & Consulate, France and The Franco British Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Paris.
Additionally, it has a network of trusted advisors, developed over the past 6 years to assist its members.
For both individuals and businesses, those newly arrived in France, or those who have been here for quite some time, there are many things to arrange in order to get connected and enjoy life to the full.
Experience has shown that individuals are most concerned with obtaining French residency, (Titre de Séjour), obtaining healthcare and paying their French taxes. Whilst businesses are concerned with registering, paying French business taxes, managing accounts and adhering to business regulations

However, getting connected doesn’t just mean administration, The Franco British Network regularly organises networking events to meet up at selected venues, usually a business of an existing member. There is the chance to showcase the member’s business, make new contacts, network and generally share business and personal experiences of life in France.
